Rosedale is a highly desired neighborhood just north of Downtown Austin for its charming nostalgic and vintage homes.
The well-established Rosedale neighborhood was previously farm and dairy land in the 1860s but has no signs of those days. The majority of homes were built in the 1930s and 40s and still maintain the old-fashioned charm and craftsmanship.
Rosedale is also fortunate to have a few local Austin favorite cafes and restaurants like Upper Crust Bakery, Uchiko, Taco Deli, Torchy's Tacos, and The Big Kahuna food truck!
Rosedale is located in the Austin Independent School District with two of Austin's finest Elementary Schools: Bryker Woods Elementary and Highland Park Elementary. The area also offers two middle schools: O'Henry and Lamar Middle; and, two high schools: Austin High and McCallum High, which is known for its' fine arts academy.
Homes range in the mid $300,000s up to just under $1,000,000.
